Allan has over 30 years’ experience in the Property Development Industry and has been involved with some of Perth’s largest land development projects.

Allan co- founded ELM to provide an alternative to the way in which land estates in Perth were being maintained. ELM’s approach back then is how it is today: “Less people more often”.

Allan has been on the board of a number of high-profile companies and industry committees dealing with Real Estate, Marketing, Sales, Project and Business Development and Commercialisation Strategies.

Allan is the Chairman of ELM’s Advisory Board.

Andrew is a co- founder of ELM and has been involved with the business since its inception and is currently ELM’s Director of Operations.

Andrew has been responsible for the continued growth of the business and the diversity of products and services the company now offers its many clients.

Andrew has a Diploma of Horticulture and a number of other industry qualifications.

Andrew sits on the ELM Advisory Board and is the company’s main contact for the many clients it deals with.

Our clients know and trust Toby to deliver high quality, landscape solutions that are on time and on budget.

He is key to the daily operation of ELM having been with the company for over 10 years and in the landscape maintenance and construction industry for the past 15 years.

He oversees all of ELM’s daily operations, project managing a number of ELM services including maintenance, irrigation and specialist housing developments and has earned a high degree of trust from clients through honesty, commitment, a high-quality standard of work and consistently achieving outcomes.
